This year we have about 700 graduating seniors! Hosting a party of this size does not come without hard work and financial backing. This is where your help comes in! Each year we ask parents and students to provide their support by selling 10 raffle tickets valued at $20 each. The raffle drawing will occur at the Friday football game on October 27 between the 3rd and 4th quarter. Winners need not be present to win. You can sell the tickets to grandparents, out of town relatives etc as all of the prizes are gift cards: $1500, $500, $250, $250.
We want to make it easy for you to pick up the tickets. You can choose from the following options:
- Have your student go to Ms. Morrison’s office at room E1102.
- Contact Jennifer DeSpain at email@example.com or call/text at 512-422-3548 and ask to have tickets mailed or delivered to you.
- Pick them up at the next home football game
Tickets packets will have instructions on how to return them. Upon pick up you do not need to provide any money. You will collect the money and stubs from your sale and turn them back into the school.
The raffle ticket sales provide 50% or more of the funding for the event. Please support our efforts in providing a memorable and safe Project Graduation 2018 for your child.
